Mother’s Day is a holiday that celebrates the most important women in our lives. To honor your mom or other loved ones on May 11, give the gift of a wonderful brunch experience at Cellar 49. The exquisite menu pairs a delicious four-course meal featuring spectacular cuisines paired with carefully selected wines.
Assembled by Chef de Cuisine Chris Hettinger, the menu includes a choice of Heirloom Tomato Tart served with spring herbs and whipped goat cheese and paired with Riesling from Boundary Breaks in the Finger Lakes to start. Butter Lettuce served with raspberry, granola, and dried fruit with pomegranate balsamic dressing and paired with a glass of Frappato is the second course. And, French Toast made with banana bread and served with pecans, bourbon butter and Crown Maple Syrup, paired with Pinot Noir from Sierra Nevada Foothills in California is a choice for the third course. Afterwards, diners can choose a Waffle Sundae, with vanilla gelato, Nutella, strawberry and whipped cream for dessert.
