Tarrytown House Estate Features Duck on Restaurant Menu During National Culinary Series

As part of the “Study of Duck” culinary series from the Destination Culinary collection, chef gives duck it’s due on Cellar 49 menu this September.

 

“The Study of …” Culinary Series by The Destination Culinary Collection takes an in-depth look at some of our favorite ingredients and foods. Executive Chef Chris Hettinger is showcasing duck on the menu at Cellar 49 as part of this culinary series in which chefs from Destination Hotels & Resorts throughout the nation are chosen to highlight a special ingredient at their restaurants to show off their expertise.

At Tarrytown House Estate on the Hudson, for the month of September, Chef Hettinger provides a unique menu for diners that include Duck Risotto, Duck Confit Salad, and Seared Fois Gras with Huckleberry Compote. All are paired with specially selected wines.
