Cellar 49 Dinner Tasting Menu Package
Come for an overnight getaway at the Tarrytown House, and enjoy a deluxe four-course tasting menu in Cellar 49-A Tavern at the Mansion. Executive Chef Chris Hettinger and his culinary team have put together a menu taking advantage of the best and freshest of local ingredients available.
Package includes:
- Overnight accommodation for 2
- Dinner for two in Cellar 49
Appetizer: Butternut Squash Risotto.
Salad: Winter Salad of Dried Cherries, Apricots, Pomegranate and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Red Wine Vinaigrette.
Choice of Entree:
- Petit Filet Mignon, Red Wine sauce or
- Bacon Wrapped Chicken, Cornbread Stuffng, Chorizo Gravy or
