A Check-in at the Estate is quick and efficient! Our Front Desk Agents have been trained to make your arrival experience a seamless and enjoyable one. You must be 18 years of age or older, present a valid picture ID and a credit/debit card. A credit/debit card is required for all check-ins however cash payments can be made at check-out. An $80.00 authorization will be placed on your credit/debit card to secure any incidental charges you may incur during your stay. Incidental charges are typically restaurant, bar, room service and gift shop charges, they could also be from a massage or any other of the many amenities we have to offer. This hold is temporary and typically released 3 to 5 business days after you have departed (depending on your bank) however this hold is much longer if a debit card is used. We strongly suggest the use of a credit card at check-in. Again cash or a different credit or debit card can be used at check-out to settle your bill.
