There are ramps and lifts at the main entrance, ensuring easy access for all.

All public areas are accessible via doorways that accommodate mobility devices.

We welcome service animals at our property.

Alternative text signage, including Braille, is provided throughout public spaces.

There is a designated area for accessible pickup and drop-off at our covered loading area.

Accessible self-parking spots are available for our guests.

An adequate number of accessible parking spaces (8 feet wide plus a 5-foot access aisle) are provided.

There are van-accessible spaces located conveniently on the property.

In total, there are 12 accessible parking spaces available.

The accessible parking spaces are located closest to the entrance of the property.

All ramps longer than 6 feet are equipped with railings on both sides.

There is an accessible path at least 36 inches wide to the check-in desk.

An accessible path, at least 36 inches wide, leads to all guestrooms.

All public guest areas are accessible with paths at least 36 inches wide.

An accessible elevator is available to reach all levels of the property.

ADA Rooms

We offer 4 ADA-compliant rooms designed for comfort and accessibility.

Each room includes a visual strobe fire/smoke detector.

Audible fire and smoke detectors are also provided in each room.

All TVs in ADA rooms feature closed-captioning or decoders.

Viewports (peepholes) are lowered to 36 inches from the ground for easy access.

Door security is also lowered to 36 inches from the ground for convenience.

The thermostat is placed at 36 inches from the ground for easy adjustment.

Light switches in ADA rooms are lowered to 36 inches from the ground for accessibility.

Closet bars and shelves are also lowered to 36 inches for ease of use.

Bathroom Features

Grab bars are installed by the toilet for additional safety.

Grab bars are also provided by the shower/tub for convenience and safety.

A roll-in shower is available in the ADA rooms to accommodate mobility devices.

While there is no accessible tub, a roll-in shower is available.

Accessible lavatory controls are available for ease of use.

A detachable handheld shower spray unit is provided in the shower/tub.

Additional Accessibility Features

There is sufficient toe and knee clearance around the desk for accessibility.

The sink area offers enough toe and knee clearance for comfortable use.

Accessible paths around beds, chairs, desks, and other furniture allow easy maneuvering for mobility-impaired guests.
